"Society still bars women from becoming successful leaders"

Through ages, this has been a popular discussion for many debates especially when feminism is the main topic. Now the question is, does the society still bars women from becoming successful leaders? Now that we are in the 21st century, much have changed. 20 years ago is different from this year, all the beliefs, traditions, and the norms have changed as well. I believe that if one would be a feminist, he/she must have the accurate knowledge of what they would be fighting for. Unlike other women proclaiming that they are feminists ...
